Harrison Gibbs, Jr.
Robert “Harrison” Gibbs, Jr. focuses his practice on representing physicians and other health care providers with matters involving state licensing, state and federal regulatory compliance including HIPAA, corporate documents and transactions, third-party payment audits and appeals, provider collections, and facility licensing and certification.
An active member of the Williamsburg community, Mr. Gibbs currently serves as President of the Board for Bacon Street Youth and Family Services, a youth substance abuse agency focusing on prevention and treatment. Before that, he served on the Olde Towne Medical Center Clinic Board and as President of both the AIDS Fund in Norfolk, VA and the Williamsburg Aids Network. He has represented patients in civil commitment hearings, volunteered with the William & Mary Law School Legal Skills Program, and participated in the Williamsburg Bar’s Legal Outreach clinics.
